S. James Busam has been named strategic account manager for the New England region at Gilbane Building Company. He is responsible for directing efforts to expand the company’s relationship with strategic clients in the corporate, commercial and life sciences markets. Busam has over 21 years of experience in construction, most recently as vice president of Fluor Corporation, located in Rumford. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Busam is a member of the International Society of Professional Engineers and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He and his wife live in Smithfield.
