Salvatore B. Moio, owner and president of Henry W. Cooke Company in Warwick, has been named Realtor of the Year by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. The award is based on Moio’s leadership in the real estate industry, his business accomplishments, and his contributions both locally and nationally. He is the immediate past president of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.
