Sandra Paiva-Silva has been promoted to vice president/team leader of financial administrative support at Citizens Bank. She most recently held the title of assistant vice president/senior financial analyst in finance. Paiva-Silva began working at the bank in 1996 as a credit risk officer in consumer finance. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a master’s from Providence College. She lives in Swansea, Mass.
