Scenic bike path is back

It took three years and $9 million, but last week vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic was once again allowed to travel back and forth from Lincoln to Cumberland, and up and down the Blackstone River, on the newly reconstructed Martin Street and Berkeley bridges. Federal and state officials were on hand last week to open the new byways. / PBN photo/Jaime Lowe
