Scott Duhamel has been elected to Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island’s board of directors. Duhamel is a health and welfare trustee, business representative and labor-management cooperation-initiative trustee for the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. He is also secretary-treasurer for the Rhode Island Building and Construction Trades Council and is involved with several other local boards. •
