Scott Sheppard has been promoted to financial-services manager in the main office at Westerly Community Credit Union. He has been with the credit union since 2008, previously serving as assistant branch manager of the main office. He will now be responsible for overseeing branch operations, staffing and member needs. Sheppard received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. •
