Charlestown Wine and Spirits (CWS) was designed and built by Oyster Works with a focus on energy efficiency that produces a return on investment. Thoughtful architecture and the integration of energy efficient building systems save energy, dramatically reduce operating costs, and protect the environment.
CWS is using 67% less energy than comparable stores according to US Government Energy Star.
Jon Maldon, CWS owner, will talk about the decision to go green and prioritize energy efficiency.
Megan Moynihan, AIA, Oyster Works architect, will discuss the architecture.
Andrew Baer, Oyster Works project manager, will describe Oyster Works use of energy efficient systems.
