Shannon K. Dunnigan has been named chief executive officer of RadarFrog.com for GateHouse Media Inc. Dunnigan will be responsible for launch, operation and strategic direction of RadarFrog.com. She has 17 years of experience in the media industry, focusing on online revenue development and strategies. Dunnigan served as general manager of MassLive.com and served as director of new media at The Providence Journal. •
