Sharon L. Morgan of Mystic, Conn., has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of The Washington Trust Co. Morgan, who joined the bank in 1998 as an administrative assistant, will continue to manage the Wakefield branch, at 730 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown. She is a business administration graduate of Providence College.
