Sheila Raposa has been appointed vice president and cash-management sales officer at Washington Trust Co. She will be responsible for developing new commercial-banking relationships. Raposa has more than 23 years of experience in cash-management roles. She has a B.A. from New England College of Business and Finance, and serves as treasurer for the Community College of Rhode Island Foundation.
