Stephanie Battista of Cranston was recently promoted to vice president/branch sales and service liaison manager in consumer finance for Citizens Bank. She had been assistant vice president in the same position. Battista has worked for Citizens since 1993 as an assistant branch manager at the Wildes Corner office, then as a branch liaison in consumer finance. She is a graduate of Boston College.
