Stephen Holland of Smithfield was recently named assistant vice president in the administrative services department at the Amica Mutual Insurance Company. Holland holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Rhode Island and Roger Williams University. He started at Amica in 1982 as a claims adjuster in the company’s Buffalo office.
