Stephen Sullivan has been appointed vice president, underwriting for East Coast Benefit Plans Inc. He will be responsible for leading a team in helping clients manage and reduce benefit plan costs. Sullivan most recently served nine years as vice president, underwriting at GreenWood International Insurance Services. He has also held positions with Sun Life Financial and State Mutual/Allmerica Financial. •
