Steve Karoul has been named vice president of casino marketing for Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods. Karoul will plan and implement promotional programs designed to attract large groups of new and existing customers to the property, and will manage special events and activities. Previously, he served as senior vice president of strategic marketing for the Las Vegas Sands Corp. Karoul is a lecturer and an author who has published numerous articles on casino marketing. •
