Steven Blazar

Steven Blazar has been named medical staff president of The Miriam Hospital, located in Providence. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and is a member of the North American Spine Society and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is the clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at Brown Medical School. Blazar received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and attended medical school at Boston University. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and is a member of the North American Spine Society and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Blazar lives in Providence.
