Susan Donovan has been promoted to director of the Parent Training and Information Center at the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN). She will oversee operations of the federally designated information, support and training program. Donovan joined RIPIN in 2002 as transition program manager and will continue to help parents of children in special education and with disabilities. •
