Susan M. Fairbanks, training and communications manager in enterprise anti-money-laundering compliance at Citizens Bank, has been promoted to vice president. In her new role, Fairbanks will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing a training and communications program that exceeds regulatory requirements. She was most recently an assistant vice president in the same position.
