Susan M. Gencarella has been appointed vice president, product and service delivery for The Washington Trust Company. She is responsible for all of the bank’s electronic delivery channels. The channels include the bank’s account information center, ATM/debit card products, the ATM network, Internet banking and Xpress banking. Gencarella lives in Westerly.
