Susan M. Madeiros has been promoted to vice president/treasurer at Citizens~ Union Savings Bank. Madeiros came to Citizens~ Union in 2003 as assistant comptroller and most recently served as vice president/comptroller/purchasing manager. She holds a B.S. with a concentration in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is pursuing a certified financial planner designation. •
