Susan Murray has been promoted to vice president/business banking underwriting manager in business lending services at Citizens Bank. She most recently was an assistant vice president in the same position. She joined the bank in 1989 as an officer in the commercial real estate department. Murray is a volunteer for the Rhode Island chapter of the MS Society and of the Fine Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Organization. She received a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College. She lives in Attleboro, Mass.
