Susan Shaw has been named general manager of NYLO Providence/Warwick, where she will oversee the hotel’s operations. Previously, she had served as accounting manager for NYLO Providence/Warwick, and managed vendor requests, guest inquiries, insurance claims and the cleanup process following the 2010 floods. Shaw holds a B.S. in hotel, restaurant and travel administration from Endicott College. •
