Tamarah Bacon has been promoted to business development and assistance manager at South Eastern Economic Development Corp. In this position, Bacon, who has been with SEED for five years, will be responsible for managing SEED’s business assistance programs and developing business for its small- and micro-loan programs. She graduated from Bridgewater State College with an M.A. in public administration. •
