Lisa DeFruscio has been appointed vice president of human resources at DefendNet Solutions, Inc. of Providence, a provider of Internet security solutions. She will oversee the company’s human resources planning, policy development, staffing, compensation and employee relations. Previously De-Fruscio was director of human resources at DefendNet, and was formerly employed at American Power Conversion Corporation, where she developed human resources policies and designed and implemented a corporate-wide compensation structure.
