Telergy Inc. and Hydro One Telecom join forces

EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Telergy Inc., which has an office in Providence, and its
wholly owned subsidiary Telergy Canada, Inc. have announced that they have entered
into a strategic partnership with Hydro One Telecom Inc., to deliver cross border
high value telecommunication services. Both companies have agreed to join their
networks in Buffalo and Montreal in order to provide long haul and “last-mile”
connectivity for each other’s customers on their respective networks in Canada
and the United States. The agreement also includes future network expansions as
the result of additional network development and/or third party local access
and long-haul agreements.
