T.F. Green Airport update

  • T.F. Green Airport is open and operating.
  • There will be no curbside check-in and no parking within 300 feet of airport terminals.
  • Sharp objects will not be allowed onboard with passengers, and will have to be included in checked luggage.
  • Travellers should expect long lines and delays. Carriers are recommending that passengers arrive at least two hours before the scheduled departure of their flight.

    “Our carriers are doing everything possible to accomodate travelers,” said Patti Goldstein, director of public affairs at the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. “However, we will not be returning to normalcy for some time. Safety is our chief concern, and everyone everywhere will have to work together on this.”
