Theodore F. Martin has been named vice president, controller at Nortek Inc. He is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions for the company and its subsidiaries. Martin has over 15 years of financial, accounting and tax management experience. A certified public accountant, Martin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
