Theodore Newcomer Jr., corporate beverage manager of the Chow Fun Food Group in Providence, has added the position of co-vice president of operations to his duties. The group operates XO Steakhouse, 10 Prime Steak & Sushi, Big Fish and Veritas Catering & Event Company. In his new role, he oversees daily operations of each property. Newcomer is also responsible for quality assurance, corporate management and works on research and development.
