Thomas A. Shola has been named senior vice president of regulatory and operational risk in the consumer finance operations department at Citizens Bank. He will be responsible for regulatory and operational risk, audit and assurance, project management and vendor due diligence. He was previously vice president of quality and planning. Shola has a B.S. in business management from Bryant University.
