Thomas Blanchard has been promoted to manager – sales development at Metachem Resins Corporation in West Warwick. Blanchard develops future order and sales growth and maintains current sales in assigned territories. Blanchard will manage, direct and participate in the company and territorial sales efforts, as well as oversee implementation of the tactical aspects of the strategic and marketing plans. Blanchard lives with his family in Framingham, Mass.
