Thomas Strolla has been promoted to professor in the video and audio production technology department at the New England Institute of Technology. Strolla had been promoted to associate professor in 2003, and later appointed to assistant department chair in 2007. He has a B.A. in communication from SUNY Oswego and an M.A. in media studies from Rhode Island College. &#8226
