Tilak K. Verma, service chief of pulmonary/critical care and sleep medicine
at Landmark Medical Center, has been named president of the Rhode Island
Medical Society. He is a member of Landmark’s board of trustees. He is responsible
for the oversight of affairs of the Rhode Island Medical Society. Verma is board
certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also board certified
by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Verma holds a master’s degree from
Bryant College. He lives in Cumberland.
