Timothy Messier has been named assistant vice president and actuarial team leader of Johnston-based AIPSO. He is responsible for rate adequacy for automobile insurance residual market customers. Messier has over 15 years of experience in the actuarial profession. He holds the designation of Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Messier is a graduate of Bryant College.
