Todd D. Flaherty has been named to the board of directors for the College Crusade of Rhode Island. Flaherty is a former deputy commissioner of education for the state and is currently a senior policy consultant for education at the National High School Center and the Council of Chief State School Officers. He has a B.A. from Syracuse University and an Ed.D. from Boston University. •
