Todd Fredette has been named business unit manager for the Cooley Group. Fredette will be responsible for the successful leadership, management and achievement of Cooley Engineered Membranes and marketing strategies for the specialty fabrics and geomembrane industries. He has a B.S. from Franklin Pierce College and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
