Tom Billups joined Jacques Whitford Company Inc.’s North Smithfield location as a senior geo-technical engineer and geo-technical practice leader. He is a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of experience providing geo-technical services. Billups is a member and past president of the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Rhode Island Society of Professional Engineers. He serves as second vice president of the Providence Engineering Society. Billups and his family live in Barrington.
