Tony Marouchoc, regional vice president of the New England Pacific Mortgage Company in Warwick, has been appointed chairman of the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation. He serves on the board of directors of the Urban League of Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association. Marouchoc is a graduate of King’s College. He and his wife are residents of Portsmouth.
