Tony Oliveira has been named general manager of the Providence location of Gregg’s Restaurants & Pubs. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, as well as monitoring food costs, maintaining employee satisfaction, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Oliveira recently served as general manager of the restaurant’s Warwick location. He has been with the company for more than 20 years. Olivira and his family live in Warwick.
