Tony Roy has been named senior mortgage loan officer at Citizens Bank. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, Roy was a loan officer at Bank of America. He has 18 years of experience in the mortgage business, as well as additional experience as a real estate agent. Roy is now responsible for originating a range of mortgage programs, specializing in loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration. •
