Vickie Walters has been named practice manager of vision care at The Brown Center in East Providence. She was formerly house director and program manager at East Bay Mental Health Center. In her new role, Walters directs the center’s recruitment, staff development and community outreach. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMass Dartmouth.
