Victoria A. Comfort has been promoted to officer / branch manager of Citizens Bank in Westerly. Shejoined the bank in 1999 as a customer service representative in Citizens’ Wakefield branch, and later was the assistant branch manager of the Cowesett branch in Warwick. Comfort is a volunteer with the Westerly Chamber of Commerce and lives in Hope Valley.
