Victoria M. Almeida, partner at Adler, Pollack & Sheehan P.C., has been elected secretary of the Rhode Island Health Services Council. She has served on the council since 1997 and is the only attorney. Almeida received the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Dorothy Lohmann Community Service Award for her volunteer work on behalf of disabled persons. Almeida is a resident of Cumberland.
