Citizens Bank has promoted Vincent Siatti to senior vice president/senior systems manager in Consumer Finance. Siatti joined Citizens in 1999 and had served as vice president/project manager for Citizens Services Group’s corporate information technology department. Siatti is a past president and current executive board member of Wickford Little League. He is a graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y. and lives in North Kingstown.
