Warehouses planned for Quonset

NORTH KINGSTOWN — Construction is under way on a new warehouse for Concept Warehouse
Co., which leases 200,000 square feet at the Quonset Davisville Port and Commerce
Park. Meanwhile Ocean State Job Lot has reportedly reached agreement with the
Economic Development Corporation to buy an additional 80,000 square feet of warehouse
space, the Providence Journal reported. Job Lot already has 360,000 square feet
of space at Quonset. Its proposal is undergoing environmental review. Concept
Warehouse is building a new 126,000 square foot warehouse at Quonset Davisville,
the Journal reported.
