The two buildings, one at 48,000 square feet and the other at 75,000 square feet, will be known as Jefferson Gateway at the Airport. The buildings are currently under construction. The smaller building is expected to be completed by October 2005, and all the space is leased. The second structure is slated for completion in January 2006, with space available for lease, according to a bank statement.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Mr. Integlia on the financing of Jefferson Gateway at the Airport in Warwick,” said John C. Warren, chairman and CEO of Washington Trust, in a company statement. “He is a valued customer of the Bank and we wish him much success with this and future projects.”
