Wendy Hosley was promoted to assistant vice president at Starkweather & Shepley. She is responsible for commercial lines account management and underwriting. Hosley is a certified insurance counselor, and is past president of the National Association of Insurance Women of Rhode Island. She has been with the company since 1993. Hosley lives in Charlestown.
