The Procaccianti Group, the Cranston-based developers of The Residences at The Westin Providence, announced Wednesday that Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is set to open at the new tower in spring 2007.
The restaurant offers steakhouse dining – prime meats and chops, grilled fish and poultry, and salads and side orders, with an elaborate wine list, including the Fleming’s 100 featuring 100 wines available by the glass. The Reserve List offers more than 80 wines from vineyards around the world, all available by the bottle.
