William A. Frydryk has been named site manager of General Dynamics’ Quonset Point facility. He is responsible for cost, quality, safety and scheduling of submarine manufacturing. He also oversees planning, trades, engineering, human resources and finance. Frydryk previously worked at the company’s Groton, Conn., location for 24 years. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a master’s from the University of Connecticut.
