Yvette M. Mendez has been named a grant programs officer for The Rhode Island Foundation. Mendez comes to the Foundation from the Northern Rhode Island Area Health Education Center, where she has served as executive director for the last five years. She is also a visiting faculty member at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. &#8226
