Previously, Kestler worked as line cook at Newport Grand, where he was responsible for private banquet events, inventory and ordering, and menu preparation. Before that, he worked at Walt Disney World Resort, where he was responsible for all boardwalk resort restaurants and at the ESPN Club. •
