Plea agreement expected in Station fire case

Daniel M. Biechele, a defendant in The Station fire case, has indicated a willingness to plead to certain counts in the indictment, according to Superior Court Judge Francis J. Darigan Jr. The announcement Tuesday came after a series of pre-trial discussions earlier this month.

Darigan is expected to provide details of the plea agreement later today at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 2 of the Licht Judicial Complex, 250 Benefit St., Providence.
